Terms & Conditions

The client can request two rounds of design revisions within the scope of the agreed fee. Additional revisions will be charged on a per-hour basis.
The minimum contract duration is 6 months.
Prices mentioned are exclusive of tax, SEO charges, and influencer charges.
Evolve will not be liable for any content mistakes if the content is provided by the client.
We require 100% advance payment of the selected package before project commencement.
The project will begin only after the initial payment is received.
The Evolve team does not attend on-site meetings and operates online or from the Evolve office.
On-site meetings may be arranged in exceptional cases, with additional transport charges of Rs. 5,000–7,500.
If at any stage the client wishes to terminate the contract, they must provide 15 days advance notice. The advance payment will be non-refundable.
A one-month fee will be charged as a refundable security deposit at the start of the project.
Evolve may terminate the contract at any stage with prior notice; in such cases, the advance payment will be refunded.
Any refundable amount will be calculated after deducting effort-based costs incurred by Evolve.
Evolve retains the right to showcase graphics and other web content elements in its portfolio and as examples in other projects.
This agreement constitutes the sole and complete contract between the client and Evolve regarding all included terms.
